| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2000 ford taurus. i recently experienced a front spring failure which was effected by a recall. during the repair, i was notified by the service department of my local ford dealer of a cracked rear coil spring. i find it hard to believe, only the front springs were defective on these vehicles considering the dealership inspected the rear springs and identified a failure. *jb |
