Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have the evenflo embrace car seat and stroller. i have been using this for four months now and have not been happy with it from the beginning. it is impossible to get the base tight enough in the car so that it does not move in the seat. i called evenflo and was told that this is because in a crash it would be better if the seat slid than for the seat to stay in place and the baby to be thrown from the seat. after seeing the videos on the car seat tests i feel even more sure that this seat and base is not safe. although we have not been in an accident i do not think that the seat and base would protect my daughter if there was an accident. *jb
