| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was informed after a very close call and backing up of traffic, due to ball joint on my 2003 jeep liberty breaking, this caused me to abruptly stop with no way to park off the road and caused sever damage to my pass. side rim on my tire, i would like to be compensated for my for my time as i had to call a tow trucking dept. to tow my car and have the ball joints replaced, i was left shaking up by this and had it been a day earlier, my daughter and her baby could have been killed as they traveled at night on interstate 79 to pittsburgh, this was very frightening to me as well as my daughter for what could have happened, i was never notified of a recall. i drove my jeep after the replaced ball joint and was very hesitating to travel far for what could have happened to myself and family, this inconvenienced not only myself but those involved whom i had to rely on for transportation. *jb |
