| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have contacted the manufacturer - graco baby about the news articles stating that their products failed crash tests performed by consumer reports. graco baby customer representative denied that their products are unsafe - and insist that the tests was done wrong. i think that the nhtsa should seriously look into this matter and possibly change the testing standards so as to address these issues before an infant fatality occurs. *nm |
