Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact owns a 1998 chrysler concorde. the instrument panel failed. on 1-6-07 the contact was driving at 65 mph when the gauges on the instrument panel turned off as if the car was off, the air conditioning turned on, and the interior lights started flashing. the contact pulled over to turn the ignition off and on, but the vehicle would start so it was towed to a shop where they told him that the body control module was working intermittently. the mechanic told the contact, that even if he fixed the body control module, he still may have problems with the computer in the vehicle because it needed to be updated.*ak
