| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact has a evanflo trimph child safety seat. while restrained the child was able to pull off a large piece of the insulating foam. the contact then examined the child seat ,which no longer fitted properly in the vehicle, she then called the manufacturer, and they told her that they will send her a new foam liner to replace the damaged one. the contact felt that the child should not be able to reach the foam liner and pull out pieces while properly restrained in the safety seat.*ak |
