Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have the evenflo titan convertible seat. all information on evenflo's website and on the outside of the box for this car seat states that it can hold a child between 5 and 30 lbs. rear facing. when you look at the warning sticker on the car seat (inside the box, after you purchase it) it says to not put an infant weighing more than 20 lbs rear facing in this seat. on the same sticker, it has a graphic of a rear facing child and says "5-30lbs". i called evenflo about this and was told by an incredibly rude woman that it only says 20 lbs "for legal reasons" and that i can safely place an infant up to 30 lbs rear facing. when i asked what their "legal reasons" were i was told that it is just legal reasons and to not worry about it. of course i am going to worry about it. i am not planning a lawsuit, i am just trying to safely transport my child. *jb
