| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a cosco alpha omega elite seat and intended to use it in the rear-facing manor for my eight-month-old daughter. after thoroughly reading the manual and attempting to install it in my 2007 mercedes-benz gl, i was completely unsuccessful. my husband and i both were unable to tighten the latch belts sufficiently to prevent the seat from moving a considerable distance side-to-side. therefore, i scheduled an appointment with a fitting specialist / inspector. two fitting specialists / inspectors were also unable to secure this seat in my vehicle. i returned the seat to the store at which i purchased it and selected the britax marathon seat which is very, very easy to install. *jb |
