| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Have had our 2006 kia sedona van in the shop for passenger sliding door not closing...i will go to close the door, and the door slides right back open and doesn't even latch. this has happened too many times too count now, and this is a brand new van. this is very scary, especially when you don't know if it is going to fly open when you are driving down the road with your kids in the car. the dealership was not able to duplicate the problem, however, an hour after i left the dealership that day, i was stuck in a wal-mart parking lot with my kids in the van and trying to get the passenger sliding door to shut while it was cold outside again! huge safety problem if you ask me and my family! we were just outside again tonight in freezing temps with my 2 year old girls and stood outside in a parking lot for about a 1/2 hour trying to get the door to stay shut. *jb |
