Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that on 01/06/07 while making a right turn at 10 mph, the base of the eddie bauer model # 22-630 hpn, tipped over with the entire seat and the baby. the base of the seat was wobbly she has never been able to secured it properly. the contact stated that she did contact the manufacture and was told that her base is a new base that has not been recalled. she informed the manufacture about the base of this seat and was told that the seat is safe. the contact stated that there are no locks on the back of the safety seat. she originally had the hospital install the seat and they had to use some foam under the base to secure the seat, because the seat was still loose. she also had a fire fighter install the seat and he stated the base was loose also. *jb
