| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact has a 1993 honda accord with an odometer reading of 175000 miles who's rear passenger side seat belt doesn't retract, and the headlights have low visibility. the contact stated that when he pulled the seat belt around his child seat the webbing would not retract. the contact stated that the seat belt has not retracted since and the dealer would not cover the seat belt repair cost. the contact also stated that he has changed all the bulbs in his headlights but he still has very low visibly and is experiencing the same problems as in recall (06e023000). the contact has taken the vehicle to the dealer, but they would not cover the repairs under the recall. *jb |
