| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl *- the contact said that the padding on the bottom seat cover of a graco snugride safety seat was easily torn by his child exposing the inside lining material. there were a total of three incidents where the child was able to break pieces of this material and put them in his/her mouth. the first incident occurred on 1/8/07 and required ems to come and assist with the child. the second incident occurred on 1/9/07 and the third on 1/10/07 where the contact was able to see when the child was removing the material from the bottom of the car seat and placing it into his/her mouth. *jb |
