| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have went to three different chrysler dealerships in order to get my lower ball joint recall fixed and each dealership has a waiting list of over 30 or more people. i have talked to the service managers of each establishment and they have all explained to me that they are only shipped three sets of lower ball joints a month. i travel extensively and need to get this repaired but i am unable to do so. are they wanting something serious to happen before this is repaired or what. please help me remedy this problem. *jb |
