| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was traveling west bound on west 84th street in hialeah,florida. a vehicle made a left turn failing to yield the right of way and crashed with me. the air bag deployed with excessive force causing me all kind of injuries, pain, bruises, etc. i sustained a fracture on my right finger, chest and neck pain and contusion. arms contusions and body pains. i strongly believe that the air bag malfunctioned and caused all these pains, bruises and injuries. *nm |
