| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Speedometer stared moving up and down with the speed of the vehicle but would have a jerky movement now the speedometer no longer resets to zero. at a full stop the speedometer will read from 40 to 70 mph and at speeds a low as 40 mph the speedometer will report speeds up to a 120 mph. this problem does not all the driver to accurately judge the speed of the vehicle. as of this complaint i have not fixed the problem but all indications from other people is that the instrument cluster will have to be replaced or reconditioned. *jb |
