Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The speedometer on my 2004 chevrolet silverado 2500hd is not working properly. when the truck is turned off the speedometer reads 90 mph, and when traveling through my neighborhood it reads 120 mph. i have found this to be a very common problem on all late model gm vehicles. this is unsafe and gm should be made to repair this problem. *jb
