| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2002 chevy trailblazer, slips out of gear, 1,2,3,4. and slams back while in operation. consulted dealer, dealer said no recalls available. this happened 3x's. we stopped driving vehicle. on second incident a qualified individual said that there are issues in the transmission. dealer still said no bulletins on this vehicle at large. dealer stated that i take the vehicle to the vendor in which they do business with for inspection. vendor who is repairing vehicle claims a clip or spring slipped out somewhere destroyed come major parts and also the casing. i have asked vendor to hold all parts. so far this episode is very costly. *jb |
