| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am original owner of 1999 mercedes benz e320. vehicle has 31000 miles; kept in garage. replaced driver side rear window regulator at $350 cost 2 years ago. passenger side rear window regulator is now inoperative. i am retiree and no one rides in back seat. rear windows opened in summer only. contacted several dealers regarding concern. all advise no recalls or service bulletins addressing problem. owned several brand autos in past; never this problems with any of them.*jb thanks for your help. |
