Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My daughter is driving a 2002 jeep liberty, with a recall, f23-lower ball joints. i have a problem with the length of time it is taking to have this fixed. the dealer says, that they have trouble getting the parts to repair it. he said that some people have been waiting since october to get the parts. if chrysler cares about peoples lives, they would produce more parts, faster. *jb
