Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I own a 2004 jeep liberty that has been involved in safety recall f23 (lower ball joints). i called the dealership today to schedule my car to be repaired, and they explained that "we can only order three of these parts a week" and that it may be some time before they can repair my car. i went ahead and ordered the part today, but i feel that their response is not acceptable and timely. *jb
