Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The heater fan in my 1999 jeep grand cherokee stopped working and there was a burning smell in the car. mechanic found that the fan resistor (computer) and pigtail that connects to it were burned up. he checked with jeep and there are 3,000 of these items back ordered because this is a problem on many of these vehicles. its winter and 17 degrees in my car i could freeze with my family or my dashboard could catch on fire. *jb |
