| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1) we were going on a road trip to ne tennessee when the windshiled defrost failed. 2) there is no hot air coming out to properly defrost the windshield which affected our visibility in the mountains. 3) took it to the dealership to get an estimate and found out that it was going to cost ~$900. i opted not to get it done since it was so much. i was charged $110 for them to diagnose the problem. *nm |
