Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have received a safety recall f23 - lower ball joints on my 2004 jeep liberty. when i called the local dealership, as instructed, i was told the wait to get this problem fixed would be months because daimlerchrysler is only sending the dealership 3 - 5 units of replacement parts per week, not the hundreds that are need. this seems very negligent on the manufacturer's part and i would hope that they could be forced to speed up this process. i feel unsafe driving my vehicle until it is fixed. *nm
