Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Headlights and brake lights turn off. dealer states that the multi-function switch is defective and needs replacing. google search has several similar complaints in forums by other chrysler owners. a few stating that they flash on an off while they are driving at night. the dealer tapped the part for me and they turn on...tap again...they turn off. the dealer charges 300 to replace this part. are they replacing it with another part that will go defective or have they fixed the root cause of the problem. this is a huge safety issue. our headlights should be reliable...*jb |
