Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Power window mechanisms will fail causing the window to drop and shatter. type of car is 2000 buick lesabre. this has happened 3 times on different windows in the same vehicle. the car currently has less than 12,000 miles on it. the third occurrence was the most serious and occurred while driving on the highway when the drivers side window dropped on its own and shattered. it seemed like the window was shot out. buick said it was normal ware and charged $450 to repair. *nm |
