| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2003 chevrolet trailblazer ltz; 71, 000 miles. speedometer stopped and started at 70 mph while i was driving slowly on a residential street. later that day it dropped to 50 mph as the starting and stopping point even when the ignition was turned off. if an accident had occurred, what speed was being recorded in the vehicle's black box? the chevrolet dealer says i have to replace the instrument panel. this would cost about $500. vehicle is out of warranty and i have notified gm. *jb |
