| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2007 hummer h3. driving home in a snowstorm last night, the wipers stopped working. i called the dealer and had the car towed to the dealership. they tell me that since the area around the wiper blades is so large, this should be expected and that they had several other calls on the same issue. i was in a snow storm and could have been in a severe accident. this is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. i bought the h3 to drive in the winter, however i do not feel that it is safe to drive in snow. need help from gm on this one. *nm |
