| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Driving through another state in sub-zero temperatures, my heater immediately and without notice, stopped working in my 2002 jeep grand cherokee. i could not proceed further, as i had in the vehicle older people who would be too susceptible to the cold. i took it to a dealer who told me they have fixed over 16 of these problems with the blend doors at $1000 for the cost to fix it. *nm |
