Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 buick lucerne with a list of concerns /problems**cc on the day of purchase the consumer's noticed wind noise from both front doors and scratches on the windshield. the dealer attempted to buff out the scratches but was unsuccessful. gm approved a windshield replacement. while driving the automatic driver's seat started moving up on it's own. the seat would not stop until it was as far forward as it could go. the cd player/radio refused to eject a cd, but after two days it finally released. the radio was also not working during this time. the consumer made a service appointment. trunk deck exploded. when the trunk release button was pushed there was a loud noise and the trunk flew open. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the doors were readjusted to stop the wind noise. the technician indicated he couldn't find anything wrong with the seat. they also couldn't find anything wrong with the cd/radio. when the technician pressed the trunk release button on the key fob, the trunk deck exploded. the vehicle was left at the dealer to be serviced. the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the trunk problem. *nm |
