| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Hello, i have an evenflo infant car seat. it was made dec. 14th 2006 and the model # is 3911769. i use the base to this car seat when using it in my subaru. i have found that my sons head "flops" forward quite a bit in the car seat. i use receiving blankets around his head to keep it in position but his head still flops downward. it seems like the car seat doesn't sit back enough when its hitched into the base. i don't really know what i can do to fix this problem but it doesn't seem like it is safe for a new born. my sons was 9 lbs when he was born to so he's defiantly not to small for the car seat or anything. the car seat just sits upward and forward to much. it seems like if i where to put something underneath the back of the base then the seat would sit more level and his head wouldn't flop forward/down all the time. although that doesn't seem like it would be safe either. *nm |
