| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact has a graco comfort sport child seat model 8637 azc and the two year old child could unlatch himself while the contact was driving. the contact stated that the child would unlatch the plastic clamp that held the shoulder webbing and then wiggle his way out of the seat or sit there not fully strapped in. the contact called the manufacturer about this problem, and they were unable to provide her with any assistance. the contact stated that she needed a safer way to lock the child in the seat. |
