Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 2002 jeep grand cherokee limited edition suv has had a significant failure in the hvac unit. the passenger side vents only blow out cold air, as if the air conditioner was on, but the temperature is set on high. the driver side vents blow out air according to the controls but the speed of the air is weak, even though the controls are set on high. *nm
