| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2001 taurus was taken in to get brakes checked. they found both rear coil springs broken. i was told, when this happened to my last car - mercury- that this had been fixed. since i drive for a living it could have caused a big problem. ford has know about this for at least 10 years and hasn't done anything yet. this should be covered by a warranty. *jb |
