| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In cold weather (usually below freezing), the 2004 saturn ion 2 will not start. the car will go into a passive lock situation upon initial attempts to start it, then will not allow another attempt to start for around 10 minutes. occasionally will not start even after waiting 10 minutes. the dealer will charge around $300.00 to replace the ignition switch, which is the cause of the lock out. *nm |
