Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Child safety locks began engaging on their own and my children were unable to exit the vehicle. for safety concerns (in case there was an accident, etc. where my children had to get out) i took the vehicle to be repaired and then asked for reimbursement as it was a safety issue. (no recalls for this problem were found). ford does not believe this is a safety issue, nor does it believe i am due reimbursement. i disagree and believe a recall should be imposed and i should be reimbursed. *nm |
