Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Vsc/abs skid control ecu failure on 2003 sequoia. ecu failure is a known issue by every toyota sequoia owner, but toyota claims that it's not an issue. this failure requires that vsc/abs skid control ecu be replaced at a cost of $1300 - $2100 depending on location. this should be recalled by the manufacturer or, by government intervention due to the severity of the defect and the potential for accidents and/or death resulting from the defective computer system causing the vehicle to lock up and lose power. *jb
