Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I too have purchased one of the junk vehicles with it's un-usable extended warranty. my passenger side heat went out first and now all my heat is gone. i don't feel this complaint has been looked at by anyone when it is clearly a safety hazard to drive in inclement weather. all of us who have been duped by chrysler should get together and start a class action lawsuit against chrysler. i do know one thing for sure. this is the last chrysler vehicle i will ever own! *jb
