Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a car seat from the dorel juvenile group. the crouch buckle is adjustable. on three separate occasions, i was able to pull the crouch buckle completely out of the seat while strapping my daughter into it. i called the company to report the incident. the csr spoke with her supervisor and she recommended that i maintain tension on the buckle and that is probably why it kept coming out and the i "should give it another try." i told them that the safety of my daughter was not up for "another try". with much persuasion, they offered to refund my money after i sent them proof of destruction. i returned the seat to the store i purchased it at. but i feel that the seat is not safe the way it is made right now. *nm |
