| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2004 saturn ion ii would not start in cold weather. it happened after the vehicle sat overnight and the dealership told me to replace the battery, which did not solve the problem. after several months of this occurring the dealership told me that the ignition switch was bad and they had been seeing this on many vehicles of the same model. i had to pay for the part to be replaced, even though according to the dealership, this is an ongoing problem with this type of vehicle. *jb |
