Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The climate control system in my 2000 jeep grand cherokee limited does not function properly making visibility hard at times. from the research i've done this seems to be a large problem in these vehicles. they use a blend door system which are prone to break and require thousands of dollars to repair due to extensive dash removal. *jb
