| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 trailblazer ls with code p0455 diagnosed with broken/cracked seam on fuel tank inlet neck. very strong fuel odors both inside and outside vehicle. chevy acknowledged this same problem with the 2002 models via campaign #05012. this is a safety issue, can leaking fuel and/or breathing fumes be deemed as safe? chevy needs to step up and proactively fix the problem on all trailblazer models. i know both nhtsa and chevy know of this problem already, so are liable if nothing is done. *jb |
