Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2002 jeep liberty. in november of 2006 i had the ball joint recall performed on the jeep. yesterday i was driving down the road when the passenger side ball joint failed causing my wheel to fall down underneath the jeep tearing the upper ball joint out. the rim and tire were damaged due to this incident as well as other components of the front suspension. it is currently at a jeep dealership being diagnosed for further damage. *nm |
