| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- contact owns a 2000 ford taurus, and while the contact heard a clanking g sound. the contact took the vehicle to local mechanic, and the mechanic stated that a sharp jagged edge of the coil spring gouged the inner side wall of the left rear tire and snapped. the right rear coil spring snapped as well, but the spring was not into the tire. the current an d failure mileage were both 87600.*ak updated 04/12/07. *jb |
