| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Safety recall f23 for lower ball joints on a 2005 jeep liberty; i went to the dealer to have the recall fixed. they put me on a list. i am number 143 i think. the list is so long the dealer said he can only get parts once a week to fix maybe 2 cars. i was told maybe by the end of the summer my number might be up. does this seem like it can be fixed within a reasonable amount of time? the bottom of the recall notice reads we are concerned for your safety (from chrysler) *jb |
