Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While accelerating under "cruise control", the brake pedal becomes unusable and the car cannot be slowed down or stopped unless you turn off the control. this is something you do not have time to do in a "panic" situation. i have complained about this since day one. the dealership has not been able to duplicate the incidents, and has no information on what may cause it let alone how to fix it. i have had passengers see me use both feet on the brake pedal in an attempt to slow down. please note that this happens while driving within speed limits and under good driving conditions. the latest incident will be reported below. *jb
