| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Stepson was driving car back from toledo ohio area to canton ohio and the engine in the car jerked and then just quit. car was towed to local dealership and informed this morning that the timing chain had broker and destroyed the engine. after researching this today i find out that there are websites referencing this and many documented cases of this catastrophic failure happening to others. i called chrysler today and i was informed that they could do nothing since the vehicle is out of warranty and that i was not the original owner so chrysler could not establish how well the vehicle was maintained. *jb |
