| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While parked, the rear coil springs on both the drivers side and passenger side have fractured and parts of the coil have fallen to the ground. ford motor has acknowledged a problem with the front coil springs by issuing a recall but yet does not acknowledge this obvious problem with the rear coil springs and issue a recall for this defect. *jb |
