Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: In june of 2006, my front passenger window fell down. i took it to the dealership to be replaced and was told it was the regulator. i had to pay $200 out of pocket. the same exact thing happened to my left passenger window in march of 2007. this time it cost me over $400. daimler chrysler has not been cooperative. obviously this is a jeep defect as the same thing has happened to both windows, both of which i rarely use. *jb
