| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The report that i am sending is in regards to a child passenger safety seat. this parent came to my place of business to have her child seat inspected and we found the following: infant seat evenflo embrace model# 3171539p1 manufactured feb. 08, 2006 had the screws in the top carrying handle of the infant seat fall off and was missing. in turn it made the handle very unsafe. the mother stated she called the manufacturer and they offered to give her her money back. we reinstalled a new seat that the parent provided in her vehicle. *jb |
