Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just got through having the front coil springs replaced at the dealer under fords "campaign" to fix the springs only if they are broke on my 2001 taurus..now ,not even three days later the car is back at the dealer to replace the rear springs. why should people have to have an accident or worse possibly die because of a spring failure that everybody and their brother knows is going to happen on these taurus'? *jb |
